This is the second time I have used Domestic Auto Transport Inc. in the last 3 month to transport my vehicles. Kim Freiley was my point of contact both time and her attention to detail is excellent, her patience and her follow-up is excellent. They (DAT) seem to have a great selection of carriers to choose from or I'm just extremely lucky (not). Jake from WR Benger was very communcative and kept me in the loop as to his time line and expected delivery time frame. The Volvo XC90 was tucked heatly behind the main air spoiler thus arrived in perfect condition. He was very professional in presenting me my Volvo. Finally a paragraph about Kimberly Freiley, I chose Domestic Auto Transport my Volvo because of my 1st experience of moving a new Infiniti G37x from Louisville KY to Kent, WA via PZL Transport in November 2012. I contacted Kim and was quote a fair price and explain the purchase of the Volvo from a Major in the Air Force stationed in Los Vagas. This is were Kim really starred, due to confusion by the banks and the storm/blizzard in the NE the owner in Los Vagas didn't release the vehicle for 6 days and Kim had to work with 3 different companies to make the pick-up work, she did this very profesionally with no pressure on me or the owner to meet her agenda for pick up. Thank you Kim for making this transaction happen. I will recommend your comany and you to every one I contact.
