I'll start off by saying, this is a very competitive industry. You know that immediately as within a day of putting your vehicle up you end up getting about 15 phone calls. Ultimately, each company will give you a range of different quotes (beware the lowball quotes). Once you are satisfied with a figure for me it was just about finding the right broker that i felt most comfortable talking to. And for me this was Jennifer at Domestic Auto. She explained everything to me in detail explaining how the industry works and any risks associated with the process. I felt completely reassured that i was in good hands. I was always able to get to her when i called and had every question and concern addressed promptly. The truck drivers were also super friendly and to my amazement they moved the car from Durham to California in just 4 days! Overall i am very pleased with Domestic, and have no hesitation recommending them and Jennifer to anybody that is looking to get their car shipped.
