Great Broker, Poor carrier.

First off, the people who actually arranged my pickup were phenomenal. They were prompt and patient with me as I'm active duty military and usually on the go, and have very little free time. They were always polite, and when I did have a problem, they were exceedingly supportive.

Then came the carrier. They used a carrier called lone wolf. 1st off my vehicle was picked up in just the right amount of time.

Then, I heard nothing from the carrier for the rest of the week. On friday I received a phone call from a man with a very heavy accent saying I needed to be home the next day (saturday) to drop off the vehicle. As i stated earlier, I'm active duty. I do not have the luxury of informing my superiors that I won't be able to come into work until my vehicle is delivered. I asked if it could be done on Sunday. He said no, because he had to move on to FLorida. He didn't know when he would drop it off. This vehicle was supposed to be dropped off on the following Tuesday to start with.
The next day, I unfortunately dropped my phone in a river. I immediately called the broker (Debbie), and explained that I needed his phone number to inform him to call a different number. Apparently he gave the wrong number as neither I nor the broker could reach him. Then he proceeded to wait at the END of my street for (he says) 2 hours without coming to my house, which has an address, and knocking on the door, or pulling up to my house to where i could see his truck. He says I never called. Well, it's kinda hard to call when you don't provide the right information. So in conclusion to this long winded story, Broker good, but I don't recomend hiring on that carrier again.
