I contacted Domestic Auto Transport to ship my vehicle from Ca to Az. I chose them because they had one of the highest customer ratings for vehicle shipments, which was evident in the manner that Kimberly kept in contact with me to ship my vehicle. Unfortunately, because the original port was from the UK to Ca, there was confusion on authorizing paperwork to pick up my vehicle at the VPC. Kimberly made every attempt to smooth out the process; from coordinating different pick-up dates to changing carriers in order to accommodate my request. Through no fault of Domestic Auto Transport, I had to cancel my request. However, I felt that Kimberly showed a sense of urgency and an aggressive attempt to "make it happen", which is why I would still recommend this company.

Kimberly@Domesticautotransport.com 360-834-6013 Morena, I'm so sorry that the port wouldn't release the vehicle on Thursday! I was so hoping that everything with the booking was taken care of or we could work around it, but they just wouldn't release without the POA, and you had to be in the states to get that done.
