Picking the right company to transfer my vehicle is a painful process. The moment I sent out over a dozen quote request, my phone lines were piled up with missed calls and voice messages, and don't even get me started with numerous email harassment. I am moving from San Jose, California to Boston MA with very unpredictable pickup and delivery time points. The representative, Jessica, first approaches me with general process and teach me how to work around my schedule and the communication with her to avoid the possible penalty. She also tries to work on my benefit to receive the promotion discount. And she communicate very precisely with reasonable numbers of calls and emails. She made the process seem so friendly. She is REALLY helpful, especially for the first-time customer like me. Strongly recommend domestic auto transport!! Five Stars!!!
