In reference to my previous review. Finally, this company contacted us. But only after I sent my initial review. which indeed was poor. We received a phone call at 6:01 pm after we waited all day. They did blamed the trucking company for the irresponsibility. However, I did not make any agreement with any business other than Domestic Auto. so there is no need for me to blame any other business that I have not made business with. They offered us a $ 200.00 waiver from the total price only if I provide the negative review to the carrier and delete the one I wrote on Domestic Auto Transport and that was the way they wanted to help after all. However, they never honored the initial agreement which was the 27th of September 2011. At the end of the conversation the associate claimed that if we do not remove our review it will take only one her fingers to have the review deleted and any time I summit a negative review she will delete it. As a 19 years Army Veteran which have moved in multiples ocassions, I have never experienced any type of irresponsible behavior from any transportation company. Thanks to this company I will not be able to fly as planned,I will not be able to report to my new assisnment as expected, I will spend more money in lodging and my children will loose school time. If this company is unwilling or uncapable to accept responsibility why we had a contract?

I hope this review will not misteriously disapear, and by the way, contacting me 7hrs after we asked for help is not considered helpful. If the truck in which my vehicles were to be transported broke down, then the responsibility of the company was to find another one. Not to recommend the customer to leave vehicles abandoned for a week waiting for that particualr truck to be repaired.
