Ms Bigler was a outstanding as a customer service person, she was helpful in so many different ways she would call, me each day with update
(1) Kept me informed on bidding and carrier information.
(2) After the carrier bidding was completed, she kept me informed on who, what, were, and when my car would be pickup
(3) two days before the car was pick she called me with the date and time the carrier was to be expected
(4) On the day of pickup she call to reconfirm those time and dates gave me the name and number of a second contact person
(5) Called me once more to see if the contact person had called me
(6) Call me at the pick up time to see if the car was being picking up
(7) While the car was in route she called call my aunt
(8)on the day the car was to be drop off, she call me to see if the contact person had call me and what time was the car due to arrive
(10) because my aunt was a older person she wanted the driver to drop the car of between 5PM and before it was dark out side, Sherry call the contact person and the call was drop off before dark
(11) Sherry also called me and my aunt within one hour before the car was drop off. And the contact person also called..
