Communication and timliness lacking

I was told they could pick up my vehicle on Tuesday but it wasn't picked up until Friday. Not a huge deal but I didn't receive any helpful communication around the delay at all. I only received an automated email on Wed morning saying, Sorry for the delay. The driver called on Wed afternoon to say he had just gotten the contract and would pick up on Thur or Fri. On Sunday morning I clicked on their "online tracking tool" thinking it would be similar to package tracking and/or have a gps component. Nope. All it is, is a request to their customer support to give you an update. On Sunday afternoon the driver called to say he was just a few hours away. Which was sooner than I expected given the Friday pickup. The car was delivered at 5:45pm on Sunday and the driver was great! On Monday morning I get a tracking update email from Dispatch Logistics customer support saying my car should arrive that day and gave me the driver's contact info. Clearly they didn't know where my car actually was. In addition, the phone number they gave for the driver was different from the one he had been calling me from. Not impressed at all with Dispatch Logistics but at least the driver was helpful and delivered quickly despite the late pick up.
