I definitely use their service again. it was Door to Door pickup for $785.00 from Los Gatos, CA to Philadelphia, PA. Price was good & no problem communicating customer service representative Andre. Andre was good. I already refer them to my friend who will have her child coming home from East Cost after graduating law school next month. I have heard several stories about delayed services from OTHER carriers. So I set up the arrangement early due to fear of being delayed. My car got to Philadelphia 2 weeks earlier than my daughter needed the car. I am happy for that even though my daughter had to pay parking fee for 2 extra weeks . If you use Direct Transport Services, you may not have to send your car too early. Direct Transport Services was excellent in everything. Their contractor & driver Joseph was good. Their contractor also gave me driver Joseph's cell phone number as soon as pick up date was arranged (even before car was picked up). Thanks Andre, Joseph, & Direct Transport Services.
