was given a high quote , but my time schedule was close , so I agreed , had another service contracted to p/up my motorcycle 2/21/17 & they had room on their enclosed trailer for my car so I agreed for them to take both for less than direct connect , since I placed calls w/ direct connect earlier that day to cancel , was never contacted by direct connect about what day they would have a driver out to me ,no communication as to what day ,the service I used was prompt , kept me informed when they would be out for p/up, left voice mails to cancel my order with direct connect to cancel ,again no return of my calls ,never had a clue as to when they would send a driver,finally got a hold of direct connect and told a driver was on their way same day !!! why no commication from them earlier to this ? the reason WAS SO THEY COULD CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD $200 AND SAY I WAS WASTING THEIR TIME & FUEL the proper thing for mark Richards to do was contact me at least a day before and let me know a driver was on his way !! Again many days of no communication , not knowing if a driver was ever coming out for p/up ! would never use them again or recommend beware , use a service that does not want your credit card number up fr
