I called for a quote and was given a very good price to ship my car. Probably received the transport order and signed off. And that's about all that happened. I was promised over and over that I would be call back and never was. I sent six emails with none of them being answered. I told them after three weeks that if they couldn't get it done I was canceling. And that is exactly what happened. I understand things happen in trucking as I work for a trucking company and have for 15 years. But the lack of communication and lack of follow up inexcusable. If the rate given was too low then I should've been contacted and told that information.
