In a situation where I got my car stolen, Kimberly went beyond the duties for pick up, beyond the duties of communication, and beyond the duties of customer service! In this traumatic time, Kimberly kept me up to date on what was going on. In this situation where "what could go wrong, did" because of the incompetent country insurance company - she made sure that my vehicle made it back, across the country!!! In a world today, where I feel the work force lacks individuals who "GET THE JOB DONE", she has proven me wrong. I can only hope that whomever she works for in the future, treats her with the respect and authority she deserves. She is an over-achiever employee that any company would profit from having her on staff!!!!
