I have used Direct Connect three times and had the great good luck of having customer service by Kimberly Lunsman each time. She is as good as they come. Thoughtful, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. She is the main reason I use Direct Connect.
The first two times we used Direct Connect our drivers were terrific. They were professional, on time, cooperative and a pleasure to deal with. Our one disappointment the third time was a difficult driver who I had to deal with in California and a close friend of mine had to deal with in Florida. Both of us agreed he was difficult, argumentative and anything but helpful. I would only use Direct Connect again if I was assured that this one driver was not involved.
