Don't even know where I start. Was told they were an honest quick company. Lots of sweet talkers that work there. Originally was suppose to be 3800 for two vehicles to be transported from NC to HI. Guaranteed it would be in hi may 8th. They gave me an address where I could drop my car off, it was an old almost totally abandoned tow trucking yard. It is may 27th now and still have no proof my cars are shipped out. All I know is one car made it to Oahu and was enroute to maui. Carol lied and charged my cars numerous times without notifying me. It almost got to a bullying point where they wanted me to pay for 2 weeks of storage @$30 a day. And i was notified prior to that that my car had left already. And when I argued it they sent me an email saying if I don't pay storage fees they had the right to auction off my car. I always call, wait 15mins just to get a voice recorder. Phone calls are never returned, and more and more charges keep coming left and right. I'm at the point where I have nothing left. I put all my time, effort, and bank account into a company that hasn't given me any proof of my cars ever being shipped. All I have is a word from a lady over the phone which knows where in the road. If you are looking into companies and see this review. Please take my warning and please do not pursue business with this company. One car was a dream car I wanted for some years now. Now that I finally found one and wanted to bring it back home, I feel like I will never see it again. So it hurts a lot but I guess I have to just call this a lost for me... 2 vehicles and $6200 is what I lost to this company. Thank you direct auto transport
