I called on a Friday in hopes that I could get a pick up the following Tues or Wed. I was assured that I could get that level of service. I received a call on Tues for a pick up Wed or Thurs. I needed the car picked up by Wed as I was heading out of town. Paul was honest right up front and said Thurs would be more likely as the carrier had some mechanical trouble. I was a bit skeptical, but didn't want to try to rearrange. I drove the car to my friend's house so that Diesel could pick up the car on Thursday. I was unsure how this would all work, but Paul assured me that the car would be in NY by Tues. He said he didn't want to loose my business and that he would make sure that all went as planned. I understood that he could not control the mechanical trouble. Well the car was picked up on Thurs without any problems. On Tues as promised the car arrived in NY. I would highly recommend Diesel Auto Express. Paul communicated and kept in touch with me from the beginning.
Paul cares about his customer. His honesty and customer service gave me a level of comfort as it's hard to be sure over the phone. Diesel Auto Express and Paul deserve your business.
