abysmal customer service

The car was delivered two days early despite repeated requests when the booking was made and at the time of the pickup.

The car was delivered before I was available in the destination city to take possession. In the process i was forced to jump through hoops to make arrangements to have the car picked up in my absence.

One additional point I'd like to make regarding this. The coast to coast deliver happened in 3 days which in itself makes me wonder about the safety of the whole arrangement

Several phone calls were left unanswered and the attitude towards my property couldn't have been more cavalier.

The car was delivered extremely dirty and after a wash I discovered several additional scratches on my bumper.

Updates:

Shortly after the review above was posted I was contacted by Diesel Auto Express supposedly to "understand the issue". Over the course of an unproductive conversation I was offered 25$ to take down the review which I refused.

About a couple months later Diesel contacted transport reviews and had them take down my review on the grounds that they had no record of me as a customer.

To their credit Transport reviews reached out to me and after I sent them the payment confirmation (from paypal), my review was re-posted. I thought it might helpful to the wider community to know how Diesel Auto express deals with unfavorable reviews
