Do not use this broker. Dishonest from the start, and unhelpful after the delivery. My car was damaged in shipping, and the amount of BS I got "We're here to help", "We're going to mark the carrier down" (whatever that means), "We agree the damage is their fault, they will surely pay..." was totally unhelpful. It has been a week and a half, and I am completely disatisfied. I recommend you look elsewhere for help shipping your car, as this company does not stand behind their work whatsoever. They said they are "working with the carrier, but that is bearing no fruit and I am completely frustrated.
From the get-go, they were dishonest. They said they would look for the best price for me, and when they found a carrier who gave a better price they kept the difference as part of their fee, but still charged me the full price of their quote – dishonest. I had to ask repeatedly for a contract, anything from them reflecting an acknowledgement of our agreement before getting it. At that point I should have run away, and found another broker-my bad.
