I was nervous about "giving" my car to someone I didn't know and hoped it would make it cross country safe and on time. I called several places and found a couple a few dollars cheaper, but I was not comfortable with the people I spoke to. When I spoke with Charles, his confidence in the company, professionalism, and comforting manner assured me that I had found the right company.

Charles answered my many questions with ease and kept me up to date with how to track my vehicle. My car arrived on time and was in the same condition. Brad, at the terminal n New Jersey, called me the day before to arrange a drop off time and was very flexible and helpful.

Thanks again for making this an excellent experience.
