My primary issue was the lateness of the delivery since I was leaving the country for three weeks. I was repeatedly told by both the booking agent and the guy who picked up my car in CA that I should expect 14 days. My car appeared to sit in CA longer than I would have guessed and then encountered some issues with the tracking system. When I was finally able to see a delivery date online, it was already falling outside of the "window." I immediately contacted a variety of people to try and speed the process along.
Long story shorter, fortunately I took delivery of my vehicle 15 minutes before I had to leave for the airport and 17 days from pick up date.
Vehicle is fine, I just wasn't happy with the delivery timeframe.
