I am generally very pleased with Dependable Auto Shippers. Unfortunately, the truck carrying my vehicle got hit by a tornado, which slowed down the shipment. The car was minimally damaged, but its a good thing I have a good auto insurance policy because Dependable does not cover any damage that is not their fault. There was another unexplained delay following the tornado-induced delay that I do not really understand, but the adjuster staff person, Christina Gonzales was AMAZING! She really understood our feelings and concerns, as well as our time constraints, and she did everything she could to expedite the delivery. She was also very available and easy to reach, which I so appreciate. We did not feel "abandoned"; it was clear she got it, and was responsive to our needs.
Christy Maynard in Customer Service was also very responsive and reassuring. We felt well taken care of, in spite of the unexpected difficulties encountered on the trip.
So, I would recommend Dependable again, even though our vehicle was delivered late, because of their outstanding customer service (including Kevin Murphy who convinced us to use Dependable in the first place). Its rare to encounter staff that actually seem to care about their customers.
