I shipped two cars from CA to MA. The first car was shipped by a five star shipper. But the car was not picked up until the last day of the given window (four working days). After I placed the order, they did not send me anything, an order number, a fax, or an email.

While for the second car, I chose DAS. It is really a good experience with DAS. As soon as I placed the order, they sent me the order info to let me confirm. I chose terminal to terminal to lower the price ($605 for coast to coast, unbeatable!) and also give me more flexibility on the day that the car is dropped to the terminal. I dropped the car to the terminal just a few hours before I went to airport for leave. I can track the location of the car every day either via phone or internet. Before the car was picked up at the destination terminal, they even did a car wash. The car looked more lovely than it was shopped 10 days ago. I really appreciated the service from DAS.
