I had the car back from Europe with DAS, even though on the way from the US to Germany they stole my license plates and a radar detector from the locked glove compartment. On the way back though, the car arrived in horrific condition. The driver side windows was smashed out and covered with plastic, the entire driver side was damaged like someone entered into it with another car and the leather interior was thrashed and looked like it was left in the rain for the entire duration of the transport. The customer service was miserable and I was treated like a second class citizen by the "manager" on site. It looks like DAS will now want to hide behind the liability waiver but if necessary I will take them to Court. I would NEVER use them again and I would strongly recommend others think twice before.
