I had a Lotus sports car shipped from palm Springs, Ca to Upstate New York, using the terminal-to-terminal arrangement, which saved many dollars. The CA terminal was just 5 miles from the seller and the NY terminal just 15 miles from me. Making the arrangements online was fast and easy, with clear quotes. The only suggestion I have is to make it easier to find the addresses of the terminals via the website. The specified delivery date was October 11, but the car arrived on October 4. That's nice, but I had to make quick plans to get over to collect it at the terminal to avoid storage charges! On arrival, I found the terminal to be a local towing yard - not too pretty! The usual junkyard desk staff - on the phone and in no hurry. The exhaust pipe had been ripped off during unloading before I arrived. The yard man, lying down in the rain on unpaved surface, did his best to hammer it back in place so it could be driven. No offer to compensate for the real repair, though. I spent about $30 and three hours straightening the pipes and muffler, and rebuilding the broken hanger structure with new parts, once I got it home.

Overall: fast, easy, good price - not a super experience - I would not send my more valuable cars this way
