The biggest problem was the pick up of my vehicle. I had asked the pick up location for directions and the person on the other end of the phone was rude and when I explained that I was on my way, she informed me that she was locking the gate and hung up on me. When I got to the location to pick up my vehicle, I was met with a staff that was rude and disrespectiful. I was disappointed with the customer service.
