I would absolutely NEVER, EVER recommend this company. To make matters worse, this was my second cross country move and I went with DAS because they came highly recommended by a client. Learn from my mistake and DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use them.
I payed close to $800 and was told ETA would be 9-14 days. I dropped the car off in Gardena, CA on the 4th, and I was already settled in DC by the 9th and surprise, the car had still not left Gardena. Day 11, it leaves Gardena and is in Texas supposedly, but then wait according to the online Tracker its in Lordsburg, NM! ?????? How does it go backwards???? Day 13, its back in Texas and there it sits for 7 days. I call...and call, and call.... "Oh its in transit. You should get it within two days.
Day 18. Still in Mesquite Trailyard TX. "Its in transit."
Day 22. Customer Service: "Don't know how to tell you this, but one of our drivers parked the truck at his house in Dallas and reported daily different locations, but sorry he never left Texas. We promise, we will get a truck to drive straight to Manassas, VA and have the care to you with 3-4days.
Day 26: "The driver is in SC. He should be there sometime tonight. We should be able to get it to you first thing in the morning."
Day 27: "I said he would get there today. What do you want me to tell you ma'am? I don't know why its taking so long, I'm in Texas. I have no idea how long it takes from SC to DC"

So here we are the 31st of August and I dropped my car off on August 4th. So would you use DAS? If you value your time and money, I suggest you find another, or better yet do what I should have done and drive it yourself.
