Mud and grease all over the interior

DO NOT USE DEPENDABLE AUTO SHIPPERS! Upon delivery the vehicle was ransacked, everything neatly packed in the trunk was strewn about all over the vehicle. All the boxes and bags were opened and torn apart all over the back seat. Things hidden in different places in the trunk were stolen. It is clear that this person thoroughly went through every inch of my vehicle looking for anything and everything to steal out of it. My key chain was missing and there were mud marks and some black oil-like stains all over the upholstery. It is evident that men/woman of questionable character work at this company. I filed for a police report and for criminal charges against the company for negligence. It is understood in the contract that this company is not responsible for personal items being transported, but that does not include damages accrued to the vehicle's interior. There is no forced entry so whoever had the keys is most certainly the culprit. This company was entrusted with my vehicle to do the right thing and has failed. I will certainly see this through to the end to ensure they live up to their motto "integrity, quality, value."

When I picked up the car I made a complaint to the guy in DAS office and all I got out of him was "we got nothing to do with the transportation, you gotta contact the office where you dropped your car off at." And it turns out, according to the contract, that I was supposed to note all the damage at the time of pick up.
