My car has been stuck in Idaho for over a week. I get a different excuse every day with no new dates, only it will be there tomorrow. At this time I believe they have wrecked the care because any normal company would have executed a backup by now. I have given them the oportunity to settle the issue and refund some monies for the horrible service, lies, and being so damn late. I would never ever use this company again. 21 days and counting. If they would have told me the truth I would have flown to Idaho and driven it back. Upper management must be scuz buckets. This kind of service comes from the top.
