My biggest issue with DAS is that I was sold expedited service with the assurance that the transport would be tracked to assure it would be there in the specified expidited service. There were extenuating circumstances which made this delivery schedule critical. When we contacted DAS two days before the designated delivery date, we learned that our auto was still in Florida due to a rig's breakdown. The "customer service" contact person failed to provide any status. The auto was finally deliverd on the 15th day (6/30 . . . .one full week late).

In our order confrmation, it states that "DAS offers a Guaranteed Transit Service if your relocation requires an exact delivery date. Expedire service is also available for fastest shipping". We purchased this service which was not provided. While we received the contracted refund for failure to deliver, the bigger issue to us was DAS' integrity. It was as if the comapny sold this premium service, hoping it might work that the vehcile would arrive early vis a vis its regular service . . . in which case we would have it in our expected expedited time frame, and DAS would keep the premium charge. And, if not delivered "early", oh, well, DAS lost the chance of early delivery and was no worse for the refund.

We found the attitude of the customer service person to be rude and arrogant. There was not any gesture of apology for failure to meet DAS' commitment, and no attempt to be proactive in getting it delivered!!! And really annoying, we were invited to respond to a DAS customer service on line survey upon the completion of the delivery (albeit late). When I responded, the response was rejected with the message "web page expired". I contacted the company directly, asking for another link or a mailing address to which I could send a review, but have as yet received no response.

Over all, a bad experience.
