trongly NOT recommend to use Dependable Auto Shippers (DAS)

I would strongly NOT recommend to use Dependable Auto Shippers (DAS) since my tire was damaged by a big screw into it after I received it and they refuse the claim and the costumer service center's supervise (1-800-826-1083 ext 5037) even said I need to provide the pictures from all the angle of the tire taken before they picked-up to approve the screw was not in before they picked it up. This is a stupid company and they save a very little money to repair my tire, but totally lose their reputation.
