First contact/scheduling and eta for pickup and delivery were great - Armando was the rep. The car was picked up quickly and delivered by the expected date. The website tracking was accurate up until the last 3 days. It said the car was in NJ and the destination distribution center called and said it was ready to be picked up - but that is a very minor problem. If anything, I was glad to get the call that it was ready.
I picked the car up at the distribution center in E. Walpole MA. The guy had me inspect my car - which was a waste of my time because he could care less with my concerns. Physically the car looked to be OK. However, it was FILTHY. I paid extra for enclosed transport and Im not sure I got it. The tires were all muddy and there was mud all over the body behind the wheels. It looked like it went through a sandstorm.
It may be that the car sat in the NJ terminal while in a holding pattern to be moved, and that is why it was so dirty. But at the very least they could have washed the car before I picked it up. My car was >$60k and when i saw it looking the way it did, my stomach turned as I questioned if it were neglected the entire trip.
