DAS, the worst vehicle shipping company i've run across and I've used others. Came highly recommended but if I would have read the reviews, I would have never used them. My 67 Restored Mint Chevelle was dropped off in Medford Oregon Jan. 6 and was to be shipped to Houston Texas on Estimated date of arrival Jan 19. It remained there for six days. Not a problem there, I understand its a rural area and not many vehicles shipped from that area. Once it was picked up, it took 3-4 days to travel 1400 miles to Mesquite Texas. Looking good so far. Here's were the problem starts. It arrived in Mesquite Tx. (250 mile from its final destination, my residence which I paid extra for) I believe on Jan. 14. I again checked the tracking and the original Estimated Date of Arrival was Jan 19. Continued to checking tracking and found they bumped it to Jan 21. I then contacted there customer service after it was bumped from jan 19. They were friendly and told me they would find out whats going on. Jan 20 I received a call back and was told that they contacted there Dispatch which schedules shipment and was told that the vehicle had a load order and "would" ship Jan 22. Cool, I expected it Jan 22 like they said. Well I checked the tracking again on Jan 22 and discovered it was bumped again to Jan 25. At that point, I contacted the customer service manager and voiced my displeasure. His statement was that they are under the mercy of the dispatcher and was a shortage of carrier trucks. Well, checked tracking again on Jan 23 and found it was again bumped to jan 26. On there tracking site, i believe its says your vehicle may sit at an origin or destination terminal for a "SHORT PERIOD OF TIME". If you do the math, DAS will have my vehicle for 3 weeks, with it sitting on a lot for approx.17 days of that 3 weeks. Did I mention its a collector car that is very valuable and that anyone that knows about collector cars, they should not be out in the elements. It's very dis-heartening to know a company such as DAS is quick to take your money but is short on promises and providing a quality service. Do i need to resort to Legal Actions?

Mr. Bagwell's vehicle was delivered to him on 01/26. As this shipment id dnot include a guaranteed transit time option, the ETA given at time of booking was an ESTIMATE. We apologize if our representative failed to explain ETA vs. Guaranteed Transit.
