I would never ever use this company again and would very strongly discourage others from using them. I paid for a guaranteed delivery date, the car was not delivered on the guaranteed date. It was 5 days late, which caused considerabe inconvenience for me. I was promised by 2 different customer service representatives that I would be refunded the amount I paid for guaranteed delivery date, but no credit has been posted to my credit card. I was told the credit would be posted on the day that I called, that was 4 days ago and still nothing. I can't say strongly enough how bad I think these people are. DO NOT USE!!
