I received my Mini Cooper-S economy class from Tacoma, WA to Orlando, FL in 24 days, 8 days behind original estimate. Vehicle arrived somewhat dirty and had minor dings that I’ll have repaired. My only question now is: Will DAS respond to my claim? The Mini came from a Cooper dealer who removed all the dings in WA so I’m sure they’re new. I have photos. Their GPS tracking system seemed good at first, but I felt hostage to a non-moving target for many days. I purchased door-to-door service and was pleased with DAS pick-up and delivery services. Would I recommend DAS? Yes.
