Yes That is correct, I actually had to fire DAS while my car was being held outside Atlanta at a DAS Terminal. This was only the halfway mark of the expected move. They got it to Atlanta from Ky. but then it sat for a week. Online tracker kept pushing back delivery another day almost eveytime I looked. On top of that, the only refunded me 181 dollar out of the 650. I don't really care now. I just want eveyone who is even thinking about shipping there car with this company and stop and punch yourself in the stomach. That's how I feel after dealing with these people. After leaving three messages for a manager to call me back, which never happened, I decided to hire a different carrier to complete the job. First he was in meetings, then at lunch then any emergency. Then the next day another girl told me he was still in Jury duty, which tells me that they got there stories crossed. After that, The new carrier had my car to me in less than 36 hours from first phone call to delivery.
DAS must want to go out of business. Maybe they will get bailed out too! They just don't care. The customer service in terrible and there is now way to speak with anyone in a managerial position that may have a brain. By the way the carrier that came through with flying colors was Patriot Auto Carries.

DAS has researched this move. Chris purchased a very cost sensitive transportation solution that offer no guaranteed transit time. For time sensitive shipments, we strongly recommend customers purchase a guaranteed transit or expedite option.
