I booked the order on-line and upon receipt of contract terms, had several questions. The Service Representative was great and knowledgable in answering my questions about contract terms, potential change in ship date, and timing of payment. Originally I booked the ship date as mid June 09 but then inquired the company on possible date change to May and how difficult that would be. The Svc Rep was very helpful - advising me on the changes from both aspects, either before or after my original date, and their effect on pricing. That facilitated my decision making on the logistics greatly. I ended up moving the ship date to two weeks earlier than previously planned with no change in pricing. Will definitely use Dependable Auto Shippers again and recommend to others as well.
