This was the first time I had ever shipped a car ever and was very nervous about it. I did the online quote forst with DAS, but later called in by phone. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very helpfull and since I did upgrade some services he cut about $250 off the total. He did point out after the fact that everything was good to go as long as none of the car was lower than 4" to the ground (Corvette). I found out it was 3.5". I called him back and he said it would have to go hydraulic lift which was $2400. I said no, that I would keep looking. A short time later he called me back and said he found a hydraulic trailer with an opening and would ship it for the earlier agreed price. The pick up was scheduled for 3 days later and was picked up on time. I used their online GPS tracker, which was cool but not really that accurate. The delivery date changed from the 6th to the 7th while in transport, but on the 4th I got a call from the driver, David, who said he could be there late tomorrow (4th). He was friendly and gave me his cell number. He also checked in 2 hours prior to delivery to coordinate a drop site. The car arrived in great condition and David was great to deal with. I had heard several people post on a Corvette forum mediocre to bad experiences with DAS. I had a great experience and would use them again.
