DO NOT I repeat do not use dependable, there is nothing dependable about them my vehicle sat for 2 weeks and never got picked up ,told me 5 days in a row it was set to be picked up (a different lie everyday),first was truck broke down then truck would be there next day, then truck was on its way, then was a hour away, and in 5 days in a row never got picked up, and how about that i asked where the transport was at with there state of the art tracking system , i was told we are not sure where it is at exactly ,had to cancel a buisness trip cause i had no idea when i was getting truck needless to say i cancelled my order(oh and by the way as far as there own writing on web site of DAS, DAS allows you to cancel 100% of your order at anytime prior to pick-up. No hidden fees or non-refundable depositsllows you to cancel 100% of your order at anytime prior to pick-up. No hidden fees or non-refundable deposits thats a bunch of lies cost 100.00 to cancel plus i may have to pay for storage where vehicle is at(towing yard witch is there so called terminal) and I dropped vehicle off to them they did not pick it up so again i would never ever recomend DAS to anyone!!!

DAS has researched this move. Jimmy is correct in that his vehicle waited at our Phoenix facility for an available transport. However, Jimmy cancelled the order on 02/20. The original due date he was given at time of booking was 02/23. As the vehicle was scheduled to load on a team-drvien transport on 02/20, the vehicle would have made it to the destination by 02/23. Unfortuantely, the customer was not willing to let our process run its course to get the vehicle to destination on time.
