AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Credit card was charged in full when the car was picked up by local towing company. "Estimated delivery" was 2 weeks. Around 2 weeks, no call, no information, no update, no whereabouts about the car, so I called DAS, after a long hold and I was told that it was still sitting in the original lot of the towing company that picked it up. They still didn't have any plan to transport the car, but said maybe next week it will be transported. Next week comes, and still no plans to transport the car and they still don't know when it can be transported. During all these times, somehow my phone number seemed to be on their automatic blocking list as it always goes straight to their voicemail and I'm unable to get to a live person. No response to any voicemail or email either. I had to call from a different phone, then they will answer after 20-30 minute wait time. Eventually the car was still sitting in the lot for whole month without any plans for transport. I then canceled the transport. I originally paid for door to door pickup and delivery. When I canceled, I still had to pay for the original pickup for the towing company and pay them again to have car back to my house. I will never again use this company. Also go read reviews on BBB website- horrible reviews there also.
