CLAIMS PAYMENT NOT Dependable at DAS

Car damaged by a tow truck at holding terminal Car did get to California without FURTHER DAMAGE but had $3392 damage done at terminal.
Jeremy Varnell at DAS Claims told me a rental car would be reimbursed and that check would take about 30 days That was JANUARY 15, 2016
Told rental car NOT reimbursed, he made a mistake but agreed to give me $90 towards rental.
After waiting till MARCH, Nancy Hashman, AP Mgr told me they had new software and that there is a 'back log' NO status of when I could expect my $. Looked online and lo and behold complaints back in 2015 showed CLAIMS not PAID, DAS unresponsive to Better Business Bureau, and that DAS is NOT an honest co to deal with. EMAILED Corporate, no response emailed several times to AP it is now JUNE 2016 and no money received!
1 STAR just because it got to destination without further damage!
