DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I purchased a vehicle in Dallas and dropped it off at the Mesquite facility to be shipped to their affiliate in Livermore, CA. Paid the shipping fee and all was going well. I received a call on schedule from the receiving station on a Monday. Was told I could pick up the car anytime after Tuesday when it would be cleaned and inspected at the receiving facility. I show up on Saturday to pick up my car and the owner of the Livermore facility says he will not release my car as he has some sort of dispute with DAS over non-payment. I called the Police only to learn that I am the second call they received that day for a similar circumstance. Case has now been referred to the District Attorney who is investigating and I'm still unable to pick up my car. Calls to DAS go unanswered as I can only speak with a first level customer service rep who has no answers other than he has referred the matter to Mia Collins, Customer Service supervisor, who has not returned my phone calls. This is criminal.
