Do the they have a REAL person with customer complaints??

After a TON of research (but, I didn't find this site until afterwards with a 2/5 star rating...when I did I nearly cancelled) I selected DAS to ship our 2 cars from Ohio to California. The original person said I would hear from someone on Sat. for a Monday pick-up, after hearing nothing all day Sat. I called and left a message to cancel my order. The local carrier called me on Sunday and explained "We aren't open on Saturday, we always call on Sunday. The people in Dallas always get this wrong." So, after speaking with Chuck and he sounded "honest" I went ahead and had them pick up the car, althouh we rescheduled for Wed. b/c we originally were only going to ship one car, at last minute we decided on the 2nd car going. There was some confusion of when we scheduled, but it ended up being no problem. We were told the cars should have no more than 2 mile son when we get them. So, we get the cars in 12 days, no problem. They appear to be in good orger. After some investigation. My husband notices his car has 53 additional miles on it from the paperwork they did at pick-up and my car has "OVER 200+ ADDITIONAL MILES ON IT". SO, of course we are a little upset, and we call customer service that deals with complaints. We have left a message every day since (4 business days) and no one hjas called back. We have no idea why. I will update this site once we know more. Any ideas from anyone else?
