Car was delivered to pick up point. Vehicle was delivered within the 2 week time frame however the car was delivered at night with damage. Damage was not noticed until the next day. Since it was the weekend, I was not able to contact DAS until the following Monday. They denied my claim as they state per their contract the damage was not noted at the time of delivery. They delivered the car at night therefore the damage was not obviously seen. I contacted them the next business day since they were closed on the weekends. This is not a stand up company. Stay away from this fly by nite outfit. I will file a complaint with the PUC. I plan to ship another vehicle and will not be using DAS.
