I used DAS twice to ship my daughter's car from North Carolina to California after she graduated, and then to Florida because of a surprisngly good job offer. The first experience was okay. DAS personnel were professional but the car arrived 10 days late. The second service has been a failure. We paid an extra $500 for the expedited guaranteed delivery in 9 days. DAS did not even move the vehicle from the drop-off point for 7 days! DAS' offer of a refund iis insufficient. We needed the service and had DAS been honest that it could not provide that service then maybe we could have found another company who could have complied. So whatever refund will be consumed by a car rental. DAS sucks!
