We are sorry for our poor execution on your move. Although the delivery date is ESTIMATED, a vehicle arriving at destination 11 days past the ETA is not within our parameters of acceptability. In moving 80,000+ vehicles a year, there are times when a move does not go according to plan. Unfortunately, there were a small number of shipments that were negatively effected by the performance of our rail service partner.
