This was my fourth time using DAS. Every transport has been on-time and as smooth as possible. Everyone from the customer service reps on the phone to the delivery drivers have been polite and very accommodating. This last time, the customer service rep had to spend the better part of the day on the phone trying to reach my shipping contact (I gave the wrong phone number) and made sure that, in the end, she was contacted and the pickup was made on time. The delivery was a day early, and the driver phoned me the night before to put me on alert. On the day of delivery, per my request, he phoned me when he was 1/2 hour away so that I could leave work and meet him at my home without wasting the whole day waiting for him.

I started using DAS upon the recommendation of my local Toyota dealer; the dealer uses them to transport cars to and from other dealers when they need a special color or option. I've never had a bad experience in any of my moves and I would definitely use DAS again.
