Where to start... First I booked two cars 16 days apart because that's what they told me the shipping would take. After dropping my car off on the 15th of July I checked my status everyday, and it never changed, I got a phone call on the 22nd asking if I ever dropped my car off, when I said yes they told me my car had been lost!!! After freaking out for about 3 days they call me to tell me my car was found in the original place I dropped it off at, so after sitting in the first location for 9 days it had still not left Californian yet. After calling numerous times from numerous phones (they will not answer when I call from my phone) they tell me my car will be in Georgia on the 4th of August, my car is not going to Georgia, it is supposed to go to Florida. They tell me it will be there on the 12th of August, so I had to change my flight from the first of August to the 13th of August, which cost another $300. Then I get a call telling me my car will be inn Jacksonville on the first and that I will have to pay storage fees. After calling from numerous phones again I finally get a hold of someone, and my car is nowhere to be found again. And on top of all this they charged me twice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They should be called UAS, undependable auto shippers. Pay the extra $100 for someone else, it will save you in the long run.
