The sales person was adamant that I have my car there by May 16th, which was delivered to a very BAD area of San Diego. It has now been 9 days and the car has not even moved from the transit station. My contract has an ETA to Maryland by 5/28 but today is 5/24 and they still can't even tell me what day it will be loaded.
I originally was told it can take 7 days to get it dispatched and loaded, now it is 9 days and they still can't tell me what they plan but yet they were able to charge my credit card 3 days before I delivered my car.
Serious concerns that my car will arrive to Maryland and I am about to fly there while knowing my car is still sitting in a lot in San Diego with a company that doesn't seem to have a plan on how they are going to get it there.
I called my sales rep yesterday who was going to figure out what is going on but he did not get back to me. Then I called customer service and requested it be escalated by Tiffany to the manager. I'm told her name is Karen Johnson and I am awaiting her call as to how they are going to get my car to Maryland.
