Customer service was not exemplary. I received a notification that the car was on time, but after three weeks my customer wanted to know where the car was and eta. I called the customer service line and after the third attempt was actually able to speak to someone. The customer service rep was not helpful. I asked the questions my customer had asked and was told the car is "on time". I had to get a little stronger and tell her that that was not an acceptable answer to my questions. I then mentioned possibility of future shipments or lack thereof, and was told she would call me back. She never did. I did however the very next day get an email telling me actual location and eta, which met my customers expectations. So it was not good and good at the same time. The car did arrive when we were finally advised it would.
