Be flexible. The dealer dropped off the car in Massachusetts. Sat for almost 2 weeks then got to California in 5 days. I wanted to save some money so I had it shipped to their depot in the bay area. I was told Saturday was no problem. Well, the car arrived 4 days early and they told me that just for April, they were closed Saturdays. I called customer service and told them that now I had to take a day off of work to get car and pay for 4 days extra storage through no fault of my own. She wasn't the most cheerful person I've spoken to, but she got the message and comp'd me the storage till Friday. I kind of wonder if they overestimate their arrival time so they can get extra storage fees. But all in all it arrived before scheduled date and had no damage and was washed. The guys at the depot were the nicest in the whole company. As far as other bad reviews... if they ship 10 times more cars than anyone else, they'll have at least that many more complaints. And bad news gets reported more than good.
