I dropped off the car on time in LA and was told to expect a 12 day delivery to Virginia. Turns out it didn't even leave LA for 10 days and arrived a week later than expected. I could never get a hold of the actual offices, only an 800 number call center, whose information was very limited. They over-promised and under-delivered. Will not use DAS again.
